 problem I have opened an email sent by a friend and clicked on a link that looked legitimate and harmless. Once i opened the attachment, it automatically downloads software to my computer.  PROBLEM I have recently received  emails  and  instant messages that look legitimate at first glance. The se  messages come with URLs that prompt you to input your personal information. In turn,  I think It will  steal  my  credentials and use them to access  my  accounts   and personal data . solutions -Block the sender of the suspicious email or message -Mark your email as spam or phishing. -Don't click on links or download files. -Enable two-step verification on your accounts. -Delete the message immediately. if you want to learn more about this problem click here click here to vote the best solution solutions
